Today's the day of the big sale of the year on the MUTU programs for post-partum wellness, especially addressing Diastasis Recti! Wendy Powell, the lady behind the program, turns 47 today, hence the 47% discount.
Today only! Ends at midnight!
To buy, just click the image or use any of the links in my Review of MUTU.
As I've mentioned on Facebook, the program has been significantly updated and changed – and the price has gone up – since I wrote my big review of it a few years ago. After I have this baby, I'm planning on getting back on track with the program (and I know I'll need it to address the DR that keeps coming back with each pregnancy), so I'll have a better sense at that point about all the changes. I can tell you that I still do recommend it, but since it's more expensive now it certainly makes all the more sense to jump on this deepest sale of the year!
It is a very helpful tool for addressing diastasis recti, post-partum weight loss, posture, core strength (which can certainly include lower back pain), overall health and fitness, and, as Wendy puts it, “body confidence” and being a good example to your kids.
If you're buying the program, I wish you all the best in using it and I hope you'll have great results! I'd definitely be interested to hear from you about how it goes! Thank you so much for using my affiliate links!

Thank you for recommending this website! It looks great. It doesn`t work when I try to click the image in your post. But link in your other MUTU post works.

Thanks for the comment, Luana! I just added some more links (not sure about that image, still) — silly of me not to have those readily available!

Deirdre, can you please share how you fit this into your day? It’s a struggle for me and I think our children are similar ages. I have 4 children ages 6 and under. I’m also newly pregnant so I’ll be taking it easy but still want to establish a routine to make time for Mutu.

Hi Cami,
As you may have guessed by how long it’s taken me to get back to your comment, I actually struggle to fit various activities in my schedule these days! And MUTU currently does not make the cut. I have not done any MUTU beyond a few exercises in my first trimester, and even if I’d been wanting to and feeling up for it physically (which I haven’t been ever since my tummy reached a certain size), I probably wouldn’t have been able to.
That being said, I do intend to get back into it after I have my baby because I know I’ll need it and I know that it works! I’m not sure how that routine will go, since everything has changed in my life since the last time I was in a good MUTU habit. But a while ago, I did write here about how I organized my time – in case it helps you! http://likemotherlikedaughter.org/2016/02/how-to-use-daily-planner-to-make-time-for-things-i-love/
Sorry I’m not more help! I’d say that your best bets will be early in the morning before kids are demanding your attention, or making plans to have it happen during naptime, or after they go to bed. Unless there is some way that you know of to totally absorb your kids’ attention, my guess would be that it won’t work very well to try it while they’re around.
Except for the daily walk! Everyone can get out for that and it benefits the whole family. 🙂

Deirdre, Can you tell me if this will help women who aren’t recently postpartum? My youngest of six children is almost 7 years old, so it’s been awhile since I’ve had a baby, but I’ve been dealing with this problem since after the birth of my second child when I had surgery to add mesh to an umbilical hernia. I still have the large gap and I’m noticing more back pain as I get older as a result of the lack of abdominal strength I believe. Please let me know if it’s not too late for me to try to fix this!

Hi Carolyn,
According to “the MUTU lady” Wendy Powell, it doesn’t matter how long ago you had your babies — the program can help!

Deirdre, now that it has been several years, would you still recommend this system? Do you find that now you can be more in “maintenance” mode?
