Click here to read my review of Mutu, the exercise and habit-changing program that I started out last year. I'm currently doing it again from square one to regain strength and shape after having that big baby of mine. Just beginning week 7, I'm feeling good and have, so far, closed what was a four finger-width gap (I'd say ‘ouch!' except diastasis recti generally doesn't hurt physically, which is what makes it so sneaky) down to more like 2 fingers. (For a guide on to how to check whether you have DR, click here.)
July 6 only (starting in British time), you can get Mutu for 46% off by using the promo code ‘wendy46'! The sale is supposed to run only until 12:59pm PST.
Thank you for using this link here or one from my review page! I do earn a commission and, honestly, I would feel a little guilty if it were not a quality product. But MuTu is something I can totally stand behind and am happy to recommend. I know from my own experience and from hearing from friends that it makes a big difference!
I will try to be in touch if you have questions, either in the comments, on FB, or by emailing me!
(Tech issues do seem to arise on the MuTu site with these big sales, so if the link doesn't work, you can try again later or check the status of things on the MuTuSystem FB page.)

I bought it with your referral link! After number four the core needs some fixing up!
Thank you for sharing– I hadn’t heard of this system at all before your review.

I wonder if they’re flooded with traffic? I clicked through your link, but the website is having trouble loading. Will keep trying!

I ordered mine early this morning (though I didn’t know you would have an affiliate link, or I would have waited). I am very excited to get started. 🙂
Thank you for sharing about your experience with MuTu.

I was wondering how much you use their food program? I know cutting out refined sugar is a good thing, but do you still eat ice cream? Make bread? Cake for holidays etc? Also, some of their recipies seem family unfriendly because you’re using 1 banana for 2 pancakes. I’d be multiplying by 16 or so to feed my ravenous crew (of 4 kids). Just wondering how it works in real family life.

Deirdre, Could you share your schedule with us? I’m curious how you fit MuTu in. I bought it and still have not gotten past the initial Science Class because I have no time to myself. Our baby is 4 mo now and has been very hard to settle to sleep at night lately. Like you, my four children are all small (5 and under) and I just feel paralyzed about how to structure the day to get the time I need for myself. Thanks for any suggestions!
